Exercise



Thanks to Jordan, I have found the motivation to start working out again. Over the last few moments I have become rather sloth-like, and have been consuming far more calories than I've been burning. It's time to change that. Time to have a fitter, healthier, happier Tiegs.

I ran for about 20 minutes today and afterwards my legs were killing me and I was quite tired. So... blargh... Anyway. I must keep up with it. Luckily we have a TV in the room with the treadmill so the time goes by a little faster. I will also start doing a bunch of weight lifting and stuff to strengthen my arms.

Also, I'm gonna try to eat better, but that's hard with a mother who cooks as well as mine.

Yay! You finally did it. Now get on and run next time! No walking allowed or you can't call it running for 20 minutes.
